From the comments on Kongregate, it seems that level 9 and level 10 have more than one solution.

I have just completed 9 but it wont accept as complete!
There are no breaks in my connections at all. Hmph!!!

Sweet!!
Just completed level 6. (Scratch that. 7 just completed.)
Very cool game.
Although if you had a late night, I wouldn’t recommend this game!
The music will definately put you to sleep!!!!!
