i’m having the same problems with the treasure, they definitely made it harder to search for them. some of them i’ve had to shoot off a crevice… i found that out with a truck load of frustration ;)

i’ll also try get online later tonight. it really was some of the best online gaming i’ve had in a while, and the local guys playing are by far the friendliest i come across.

Excellent! I’m on the normal difficulty at the moment and so far it’s a little on the easy side. Will try in on hard on the second play-through. The treasures are pretty tough to find, and most times, I’m so thoroughly drawn into the action that I forget to search around for them.

i loving it!
i’m almost finished the sp portion… and already looking forward to finishing on crushing. one of the most enjoyable games i’ve played in a while.
i had a few good hours with mp on saturday morning, which was really good fun. i had no problems with matchmaking (only waited about minute to find players normally) and suffered very little lag against the internationals. one or two of the local guys had bad latency, otherwise its looks like naughty dog have done a sterling job.

Easy, how are you finding Uncharted 2 so far? I got back from the weekend and played for 4 hours and 37 minutes. So far it has been glorious, engrossing action all the way.

I haven’t touched the multiplayer yet. Are the matchmaking issues still there?

yeah i got the demo yesterday and had a little fling at tdm, and came off looking a touch noobish, but the visuals more than made up for it ;)

You can pick the first one up for R350 on Platinum but there are a couple on gumtree selling it for around R220-R250. I'd say it's well worth it. And there are trophies if you're that kind of hunter ;-)

Yes of course, it has to be your type of game but from the from the peeps I interact with, I don’t recall anyone who didn’t like Uncharted.

Uncharted 2 will reportedly contain over 90 minutes of cinematics and as you pointed out, will go towards making the player believe they are playing a lead role in the movie.

October can’t come fast enough. Pity about the lack of a special edition though, it’s something I would have liked to own.

the first game was really a surprise for me.
prawn mentioned ‘blockbuster’ and it really feels like playing a role in a movie!

the next iteration of this game should prove to be must-play game, if its your sort thing though ;-)
